<\/strong>The project website central-malley.ch provides full information on this SBB Real Estate Division project, in particular the rental of office and retail space. The five buildings making up the future neighbourhood will provide 3,800m2 for retail and 23,700m2 for offices. This space will be available from 2024, but is already on the market. The homes will be rented out at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>Two architectural calls for tender for the project were made in 2018, one of which was won by the studio Aeby Perneger & Associ\u00e9s SA in Carouge and one by Pont 12 Architectes SA in Lausanne.
